Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Orders are typically shipped within 8 business days from the date of order placement. Our standard delivery timeline ranges between 9 to 12 business days.
For urgent requirements, we also offer an express shipping option, with delivery timelines between 6 to 8 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders are typically delivered within 17–20 business days, depending on the destination and order specifications.
Returns & Exchanges
As all our pieces are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, we do provide alteration support. If your garment does not fit as expected, please notify us within 1–2 days of receiving your order so we can review your request.
All alteration requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval at the sole discretion of The Closet Bespoke Menswear.
Please note that shipping and return costs for alterations will be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
No Refund / Cancellation
All orders placed with us are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
